To participate in the program, subscribers must either have an income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or participate in following assistance programs:

If you need data or extra minutes you can buy this online. There are over 20 different add-on packages that you can receive. Some of these include unlimited text, unlimited minutes, and 1GB of data for $25 per month. For $15 per month, you can get 500MB data, unlimited text, and unlimited minutes. the rates are a little bit high, but they can work for you if you need additional services.
